Bear name badge

These badges are 76mm x 32mm come with the design as pictured. All you need to do is select the name colour from the drop down box.
Then you just need to fill in the personalisation box with all the details you would like on the badge e.g:
1. Workplace name e.g Leeds Teaching Hospital or hello my name is.
2. Name
3. Job title
If you don't wish to have all of these details included just omit them from the personalisation box.  If you want 'hello my name is' Then just type this in the personalisation box and it will be added as pictured.  All this information will be centralised on the badge like the above image.
