How long will my order take to be shipped?
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Where possible we ship items as soon as we can. However, during busier periods (such as Christmas) we receive a high volume of orders so this processing time will be extended accordingly.
How long does shipping take?
All small orders (under 2Kg) are shipped via Royal Mail standard post. Royal mail endeavour to deliver all packages within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, due to the ongoing pandemic some Royal Mail sorting offices are running on reduced staffing levels so please allow extra time for this. All parcels over 2Kg are shipped via a courier service and the same shipping times are used.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges are best on weight. Some items such as prints are offered with free shipping. On all other items shipping charges for you entire order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How can I check my order status?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thecraftylittlefoxshop@hotmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
What is your refund policy for personalised items?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalised items unless the item is damaged or defective.
What is your refund policy on non-personalised items?
We accept returns for up to 28 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return.
My order was damaged/incomplete/incorrect what can I do?
If you have unfortunately received a faulty or incorrect item or you are missing something from your order we’re really sorry for the error (it doesn’t happen often we promise!). Please send us an email to hello@thecraftylittlefoxshop.com and we will fix it for you ASAP.
How do I upload a picture for my item (e.g. a photo tile, hand/footprints or children's artwork)?
All you need to do is click the ‘photo upload’ tab at the top of the page and fill in the form. Please provide all the details asked for so that we can link the upload to your order.
